We accept many forms of insurance, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health, Humana HMO, Psychcare, Cigna, Aetna, CorpHealth/Lifesynch, Tricare, Value Options, Magellan, NALC, Medicare, GEHA, Workers Compensation, and others.

To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions.

  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out of network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Is preauthorization required prior to the first visit?

While our office will do everything possible to assist you with this information, ultimately it is your responsibility to manage your insurance benefits.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 charge.
