Gerard E. Boutin Ph.D

Dr. Gerard Boutin brings 37 years of experience and he specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adults. Dr. Boutin evaluates and treats the following conditions: pain management, neurological disorders, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorders, anger management, and child behavioral disorders. He provides neuropsychological evaluations for adults and children.

He  is currently certified as a family mediator in the state of Florida. Dr. Boutin has completed numerous Child Custody / Relocation evaluations and has served as a court appointed Parent Facilitator.

Dr. Boutin has been a guest speaker at local hospitals, schools, and for public groups. He has been an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University and at St. Petersburg  College. Dr. Boutin was an Associate Clinical Professor for The University of Health Science, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He serves as a contributor and a corporate judge for the Denman Undergraduate Research Foundation each year at The Ohio State University. He wrote a weekly column for the Seminole Beacon from 1986 until 1995. He is a member of the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He also was a member of the board of directors for the Catholic Education Foundation and SAGE, a self defense program for women.

Richard Cottrell DO

Dr. Cottrell  is a Florida native, a husband and proud father of two.  He was born at Mound Park Hospital (now Bayfront Medical Center) and raised in Pinellas County.  He attended local schools and graduated from Dixie Hollins High School.

An Associates in Arts degree from St. Petersburg Junior College was followed by a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida.  He graduated from medical school at Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine with the degree Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at University General Hospital in Seminole Florida followed by a residency in psychiatry at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque New Mexico. 

He is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.

He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Neurologist and Psychiatrists, Greater Tampa Bay Psychiatric Society and the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society.

He is a past president of the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society and the recipient of the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society’s 2011 Physician of the Year Award.  

Dr. Cottrell is a private pilot and PADI certified scuba diver and enjoys flying, diving, boating and sailing.  He enjoys time with his family and traveling.    



Suzanne Miller Psy.D.

Dr. Suzanne Miller treats adults and children utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She administers Neuropsychological Evaluations for adults and children. She has extensive experience in Cognitive Rehabilitaion of neurological disorders. Dr. Miller treats  the following conditions: depression, anxiety, chronic pain, Traumatic Brain Injuries, strokes, dementia, attention deficit disorder, post traumatic stress disorders and child and adolescent behavioral problems.

Dr. Miller received her doctorate in psychology from the Texas School of Professional Psychology. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern.

Dr. Miller is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Academy of Neuropsychology.

She enjoys college football, playing tennis, and reading.
